It’s another awesome week coming up with our one year anniversary and all the shing dings we’re gonna host! Come help us celebrate our one year mark and help us grow and get some seating. Greek Chicken Soup (Avgolemono) – our homemade chicken broth and orzo soup finished with fresh lemon juice and local eggs ($3)
Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas - our homemade cheesy enchilada sauce smothered over tortilla wrapped chicken and baked till golden ($7.75)
Liver and Onions – Alan has worked his magic on Smith Angus Farm beef liver, lightly breaded and smothered with onions and gravy. Every once in a while a little liver is a good thing ($6)
Wild Greens Cheesy Bake – this morning we got a lovely bag of mizuna from Screech Owl and mixed it with organic spinach … then added a little grated carrot, ricotta and feta and lots of local eggs ($5)
