ice covered car this monring – no internet in the shop this morning – one call out this morning .. hhmmm not the best way to start the week. The good news? Chile Shack John’s SPICY lasagna – John has been asking for lasagna for awhile, and when we found ourselves with the noodles and of course the best meat out there – he reminded me it’ time to make lasagna. So Cohen farm beef, a little Lilly Den hot sausage and John’s spicy touch … mixed with some ricotta, parmesan and mozzarella. $7
