Slow Roasted Okfuskee Farm Pork Shoulder – a slow overnight roast on this lovely piece of meat with some root veggies and a touch of our favorite Benjamin Vineyards wine. this batch includes some lovely leeks from Dutch Buffalo Farm (go buy them out today at the Carolina Brewery Farmers Market!)
