our kitchen is full of color with beautiful local tomatoes, eggplants and figs! the lovely Emily of Dutch Buffalo Farms dropped off a huge load of gorgeous tomatoes, our friend John Strickland dropped off some delicious German Johnsons tomatoes and some eggplant. The sweet japanese eggplant come from Ben”s Produce. And of course the fabulous fresh flowers are from Jim of Carol’s Good Earth. Be sure to get your pocketbooks and go see all our farmers at the farmer’s markets. Later today ECO has lined up some fresh swiss chard and we’re looking forward to cooking that up.
