Green Chili Chicken Enchaladas & beef stew for my lunch today — bravo!
Took some lentil soup and avgolemono and a veggie rice bowl home to my sick spouse…while she didn’t leap up from the couch suddenly cured, she did make a lot of yummm noises before crawling back to bed.
