Man o man the kitchen smells awesome this morning.  Josie is whipping up her famous green chile chicken enchiladas, Alan is busy making 2 kinds of soup, John and Ang are just lounging in the back eating bon bons.  Life is good.  as a little side note, I have been grinding some of Edible Earthscapes thai chile (that Jaime kindly roasted for us <3) and of course some of the blend made it into the enchiladas and my frigging lips are on fire !!!!  I LOVE when that happens.
