so Murray and Esta’s pork was a huge hit yesterday – today we are going for Crider Farm roasted lamb. We are fortunate to have access to such clean sustainably grown meats. To add some color to our diets we have beautiful swiss chard cheesy bake thanks to beautiful greens from Rocky River farm as well as some more braised lacinato kale. And for my excitement today Emerson and Forest are joining me in a marathon parsley cleaning event! It’s kinda like a knitting or quilting club, but better if you ask me : ) Come on by if you are bored and join the fun sometime after 1.30p.
