Lamb Youvetsi – this may be the best batch ever and we swapped orzo for rice so it’s gluten free! Gail Crider lamb, braised in a spiced a tomato sauce and baked in the oven with rice. One of my favorite greek dishes (1/2 portion $4.75 full portion $9)
Tatsoi Cheesy Bake – thank you Bill Dow for the lovely greens! we steamed them and mixed with local eggs and cheese for a tasty green dish ($5)
Arugula Salad Ang Style – Jeffrey’s baby arugula and a little mizuna tossed in a light dressing of olive oil and lemon juice then topped with a poached local egg. Trust me when I tell you this is a GREAT salad. ($5.75 ADD bacon $0.75)
Green Chile Beef Stew – Smith Angus Farm beef, Piedmonth Biofarm green chiles, veggies and black beans ($4)
Greek Chicken Soup – our homemade chicken broth and orzo soup finished with local eggs and fresh lemon juice ($3)
Lentil Soup – a fabulous vegetarian soup, a little collards and kale tossed in for good measure ($3)
