Rain Rain ….. don’t go away till our farmers get enough for all the veggies and critters.  Plus, my car really needs a good rinse : )

While it’s raining outside we have the music full blast and we’re busy busy busy, not only are we cooking for all our fab customers, we are also hosting a Chamber of Commerce “After Hours” this evening at Mark Hewitt’s Pottery studio.  If you are a member of the chamber please be sure to look up the event online and come join us.  If you think you would like to join the chamber, now would be  great time to show up and get the info (and enjoy a few snacks while you are there).

Green Chile Beef Stew – Smith Angus stew beef with Susan’s Hatch NM chile with a touch of Piedmont Biofarms knock your socks off chile.  All this tossed with a few local veggies makes for a tasty stew. ($4)

Green Chile Sliders - Smith Angus mini ground beef burgers with cheddar cheese topped with homemade green chile sauce or green chile strips. ($2.50 each / 2 for $4)

Greek Chicken Soup – our homemade chicken broth with orzo soup finished with local eggs and fresh lemon juice. ($3)

Swiss Chard Cheesy Bake – Rocky River swiss chard with some braising greens from Piedmont Biofarm all tossed with ricotta cheese, local eggs and cheddar. ($5)

FROZEN YOGURT – our thick greek yogurt, Busy Bee Farm honey and …..
