Sesame Tatsoi - alan used Bill Dow’s lovely tatsoi and steamed with a little sesame oil and sesame seeds – superb! ($6 fulkl $4 half)

Pastichio – our greek lasagna !  for those who haven’t tried it yet, it’s a layer of hollow noodles dressed with feta topped with Cohen Farm ground beef seasoned greek style then topped with bechamel and baked till golden ($8)

Chicken Tortilla Soup – our homemade chicken broth soup filled with vibrant veggies and shredded boiled chicken with a touch of fresh local tomatoes and light spices.  Topped with crispy fried corn tortilla strips ($4)

Vichyssoise – oulala …. a lovely cold potato leek soup made by our lovely intern from Wake Tech Culinary program, Susan Frost!  ($3.50)

Braised Local Cabbage – tis the season and everyone has these lovely HUGE cabbages – come enjoy this version featuring a little carrot and Screech Owl tomatoes ($6 Full  $4 half)
