It’s another awesome day in the kitchen! Doug delivered an amazing batch of green chile and the smell is intoxicating. Unfortunately Chile Shack John is feeling uner the weather sos we won’t be rasting till late this afternoon ….. but if you see our blue ten up in the parkin glot stop by and say hello and enjoy the unmatched aroma of fresh roasting green chiles. WE LOVE BIOFARM green chiles and hope you will too! We used some of Doug’s chiles in todays batch of green chile stew – and if i do say so myself its one of the best batches ever.
