One of our signature items featuring homemade chicken broth, plenty of chicken, local eggs and fresh lemon juice to create the traditional creamy soup with no dairy!  GF

6 Lentil Soup

Our version of lentil soup includes plenty of turmeric, carrots, garlic and onion (vegan, GF)

8 Green Chile Beef Stew

Screech Owl roasted anaheims and poblanos cooked in a nutrient full local beef bone broth, lots of Smith Angus Farm stew beef and veggies.  great as a rich soup or serve over rice for a full meal  GF

9 Tom Kha Gai

Rich chicken broth and chicken, lemongrass, coconut milk and cilantro – serve with a wedge of lime – a great GF, dairy free soup for the warmer days ahead

Our falafel are made from scratch in house – tasty and GF to boot!  4 falafel and a 2 oz hummus or tzatziki.  the perfect snack any time of day GF, Vegan

6 Braised Veggie du jour

we work with what we have from one of our wonderful farmers GF, Vegan

6 Greens Bake

A wonderful mix of field greens including Piedmont Biofarm spinach, Edible Earthscape rainbow swiss chard and In Good Heart Farm napini and kale and grated carrots

6 Chicken Salad

Our chicken salad is simply Cliff’s chicken, grated carrots, Screech Owl cutting celery and a touch of mayo.  🙂  (GF)

4 Screech Owl Burritos

Choose from bean or ground beef.  The bean version is pinto beans cooked with Screech Owl roasted green chile and Screech tomato!  The beef version is Smith Angus farm ground beef, roasted green chile and Screech tomato.
