duck and Ang …. not the best match.  These muscovy ducks are kicking my ying yang – we have managed to actually prepare enough for a birthday party this weekend – but I assure u this is the last time I play with ducks .. hereafter I defer all duck requests to my friend Jeff Barney (at Saxapahaw GS and The Eddy) good golly miss molly!  I should have known, as my duck history is painful. When I was about 16 my dad took me to a fancy orthopaedic meeting featuring hip joints (woowhoo!).  At this fancy meeting the salespeople took us to a fancy restaurant and I thought I would act all grown up and ordered the duck.  eww – and of course no way possible to eat that like a lady in front of all these folks.  Ok – enough about my duck problems …. the rest of today is right on target and tasting delicious!
