woowhoo CFSA Conference starts today! we are actually doing a workshop saturday afternoon to share what we’ve learned in starting a farm to fork restaurant 🙂 the trick is not in starting the shop – it’s in keeping it open without compromising the fundamental sustainable farm to fork ideals.
