Another fabulous week in Historical Downtown Pittsboro and we’re happy to be a part of this growing thriving community. Chatham County – on it’s way to being THE place to be as this century unfolds – thanks in no small part to our amazing farmers, our amazing artists, our excellent musicians, CCCC and it’s cutting edge programs, The Abundance Foundation spreading the word about renewable energy, sustainable living and the general principle of ABUNDANCE, Piedmont Biofuels and it’s commitment to manufacturing biofuel, This list could go on and on!! For a “rural” county we have plenty of forward thinking and fun living going on ….woowhooo!

- Greens Bake tis the season fresh Piedmont Biofarm mustard greens, Edible earthscapes swiss chard, parsley all packed into this excellent veggie dish with a little ricotta, local eggs and a touch of feta
