I do not think we could have squeezed one more thing into this past weekend.  A farewell to a good friend (I know Nick is off to a wonderful journey now), learned how to make pretty darn good rice pudding, found out Chile Shack John can run the shop without me and do catering! (tehehe) – there’s more but I’m running behind … so just know life is good and busy

• Braised Kale– gorgeous Rocky River Farm lacinato kale with carrot, Screech tomatoes and a touch of olive oil.  enjoy this while it lasts !
