thank you mother nature for bringing the rain!  the green cloud was getting annoying.  Bring your pollen free car to our shop today and enjoy some delicious local dark greens, some amazing local beef and pork or a cup of freshly made greek chicken soup (avgolemono!)  Today’s salad features Screech Owl’s excellent lettuce mixed with some baby beet greens from Piedmont Biofarm and of course Screech’s now famous tomatoes!
