Maria and I are up to our hips in dark greens and are preparing a HUGE batch of greens bake this afternoon. For anyone crying about what a serving costs – get some kitchen clothes on and come on down to help and see exactly what it takes to make this delicious dish. Truth is – the hard labor starts int h field … planting, protecting from bugs and harvesting is alot of work … then wash, prep, cook in the kitchen. The start to finish life of some beet greens and swiss chard would make a great film! anywho … no more time for chit chat .. time to get back to the greens and leeks for me
