Hello Chatham County! We have scored some delicious and unique cheesecakes from Lindley Farms Creamery. The amazing crew at the farm milk their own cows, make mozzarella and then turn the cheese into this fantastic cheesecake! How lucky are we to have access to this level of food? For the next day or two we have a few of these cheesecakes for sale at our shop. You can also always purchase direct from the farm and feed your family and friends and brag about how cool our spot in the universe really is!
On a different note, I am happy to report I did not suck so bad at my St. Bartholomew chit chat : ) One fabulous friend did recommend Toastmasters – and I will be scheduling a few meetings and see what I can do to improve my public speaking skills.
