Chile Shack John was driven to offer Taco Salads .. and today is the debut!  Enjoy a taco slad made with local meat, local lettuce, local tomatoes and John’s magic touch.  need a vegetarian version?  no problem! Enjoy the salad with a dose of Chile Shack John’s spicy pinto beans!

A fried tortilla shell filled with Screech owl lettuce, chopped red onions, shredded cheese, Sunny Slope tomatoes, John’s spicy ranch dressing or our house dressing and your choice of : VEGAN SPICY PINTO BEANS, SMITH ANGUS SPICY BEEF (mix and match if you like)

Slow Roast Beef – Smith Angus Farm beef shoulders and Minka Farm Beef brisket slow roasted with Screech owl tomatoes and onion served on a  grilled pita with your choice of three toppings $8

RICE BOWL – our brown rice topped with your choice or any or all of the following: ($6.75 veg only $8 with meat)  all our rice toppings are gluten free
