If you ask Chile Shack John nothing says Valentines day like a good dose of hot chiles!  So today my sweetheart is getting his wish and we’re featuring not 1 but 2 spicy specials .. plus our usual array of culinary treats.  After I get my teeth cleaned by Dr. Wilson and loyal staff, you will find me at my laptop enjoying dark chocolate and possibly some fancy hot chocolate … I’ll share for sure.  So something for everyone today <3

$5 SPECIAL – a cup lentil soup with 1 cheese pie and 1 spinach pie

Sweet Potato Shepard’s Pie – nothing says comfort like a piece of our shepard’s pie – a layer of Cohen Far ground beef, a little Lilly Den hot sausage, slow roasted pork shoulder and a good dose of beef shoulder – all topped with whipped Wanda’s sweet potato.  Take a dish home and enjoy with your special someone $8

Chile Shack John’s Famous Frito Pie! – John’s secret spice blend with Cohen Farm ground beef, Lilly Den farm hot sausage and pinto beans.  All brought together with a good dose of Screech Owl’s roasted hot chiles!  This New Mexican classic is served over a bed of fritos and a sprinkle of cheese. medium $5.75  Large $7

Slow Roasted Beef Brisket Pita Sandwich– Smith Angus Farm beef brisket roasted with John’s secret spice blend and Screech Owl tomatoes and chiles.  Served on a grilled pita bread with your choice of three toppings $8
