It’s lasagna day in the shop – and this time we upped the LOCAL .. we used Lindley Farms creamery mozzarella, Cohen Farm ground beef, Lilly Den Farm sausage, Screech Owl tomatoes and for the mushroom lasagna we used Woodfruit grey dove oyster mushrooms, Screech Owl shitakes and some crimini. Nothing tastes as good as local farm food.
