Happy birthday Mom !  <3  Anyone up in Arlington VA be sure to pop by Mom’s home and she’ll have something good to feed you.  While all that partying is going on … we are holding our own here in our kitchen.  Screech owl has been asking for stufffed peppers .. and today’s the day!  beautiful multi colored bells  one pan stuffed with a vegetable rice and the other stuffed with rice and ground beef.  It smells awesome in here this morning.  the smell has me wondering how sausage and peppers would go over with our crowd ????
