the smell of curry fills the air in our kitchen today – not a bad way to start this lovely sunny day!  An early visit from Murray Cohen and our freezer is full of his excellent beef and hot sausage! Plus Abi filled our kitchen with gluten free baked goods yesterday – woowhoo!  enjoy GF chocolate chip cookies, GF granola, GF brownies and I hope a batch of GF sweet potato brownies.  You can have the whole shebang today and not a drop of gluten!  some salad, curry yogurt chicken over rice and a sweet treat .. no gluten – clean food – happy body.
