it’s a good day to come eat at Angelina’s : ) It’s an ABILCIOUS GF Day!  vegan gf sweet potato brownies and ginger explosion granola! PLUS .. It’s another COHEN FARM BLUE PLATE day in the house!  Slow Roasted pork and Esta’s now famous meatloaf recipe – all featuring beautiful meat from Cohen Farm.  Don’t know these folks yet?  check out their website here – or better yet make a point of checking out their farm during CFSA 2012 Spring Farm Tour. We are fortunate to have farmers like Murray and Esta in our backyard offering us some genuine clean meat, truly free roaming, grass fed and finished on grains grown by Murray on his farm.  Not all “organic” or “Free Range” or “Grass fed” is equal – Murray and Esta operate a farm that any farmer would rate high on their list of healthful and sustainable farms.  Also on our list today is a pork shoulder from Lilly Den farm – a young family farm following in the path of our other excellent sustainable farmers.  So once Murray’s pork is gone, enjoy another delicious roast from our friends Tucker and Mackenzie.
