It’s a cold cold day … then again it’s mid January and even though we’re in the south, we do need some of this cold to kill off some of the pesky bugs that plague us in the summers. Just remember there are folks living through and driving in feet of snow out there!!! To help us get through this cold spell we’ve got rich hot lasagna and several soups on the burners. - Screech Owl Tomato Soup! – uber ripe uber local uber delicious … this soup rocks and features tomatoes from Screech in all their glory – no milk! just a little olive oil, onion and garlic. ask for a dollop of yogurt if you want to make it creamy $4
