LOA  is working! I LOVE when that happens : )  Andrea Weigl, a favorite News and Observer writer and food blogger, gave us a great shout out while promoting the Slow Money event at Ninth Street Bakery in Durham this evening.  I imagine if you’re reading my humble daily chit chat you are already a LOCAL farmer and local food supporter …. but it never hurts to remind everyone …. vote with your money as well as your mouth.  Slow Money loans focus on keeping the local sustainable food stream available and affordable.  Do what you can to help support this worthy idea – and truly leave Wall Street behind.
