8  Avgolemono – greek chicken soup

One of our signature items featuring homemade chicken broth, plenty of chicken, local eggs and fresh lemon juice to create the traditional creamy soup with no dairy!  GF

6  Lentil Soup

Our version of lentil soup includes plenty of turmeric, carrots, garlic and onion (vegan, GF)

8 Cream of Mushroom Soup

Foraged Maitake (Hen of the Woods) from Word of Mouth farm and foraged shitake from Adrian K cooked with coconut milk and leeks.  A wonderful vegan GF soup for the chilly weather.  Enjoy as is or use as a meal starter!

8 Cream of chicken green chile soup

Our homemade chicken broth with Screech Owl roasted anaheims and poblanos, plenty of chicken (GF, dairy free)  enjoy as is, add noodles or use as a meal starter!

A wonderful mix of local greens with local eggs and feta baked off in muffin tins (GF, veg)

6 Xortopita

a wonderful mix of local greens including Four Oaks Farm mustard greens and beet greens, ECO kale and swiss chard, In Good Heart Farm chard and turnip greens and Ayrshire Farm leeks with a touch of feta and local eggs

Our popular casserole – always perfect with a fresh salad.  the base is Smith Angus Farm ground beef and brisket and Katherine’s Garden hot sausage all topped with mashed sweet potatoes
