In case you have missed Katie Bennett’s amazing cheesecake (Chile Shack John has been pining for it for over two weeks now)  she’s coming this afternoon!  So we’ll have Katie’s awesome cheesecake available on Monday : )  Are you ready for the twist?  we will now offer a GF version with homemade GF graham crackers.   Even if you are a gluten eater it would do your body some good to give it a rest from time to time – and seriously, the GF treats coming around are delish.

RICE BOWL – our brown rice topped with your choice or any or all of the following: ($6.75 veg only $8 with meat)  all our rice toppings are gluten free

• Green Chile Beef Stew – Smith Angus Farm stew beef, Screech Owl hot green chiles, homemade beef broth, lots of veggies.
• Lentils – Lentils, turmeric, carrots and a good dose of garlic.  Add to any dish!
• String Beans Greek Style – string beans cooked with carrot , tomato and a touch of olive oil
• Roasted Turkey– Lilly Den Farm melt in your mouth roasted turkey – great with lentils!
• Slow Roasted Beef Chuck – Cohen Farm beef chuck slow roasted with a touch of dried local hot peppers and onion.
