It’s a Screech day in the kitchen … stuffed peppers and tomatoes …. braised eggplant.  Screech is certainly a serious part of Angelina’s Kitchen.  And such an entertaining addition to our crew !  It’s hard to say who brings more color to the party Screech or Chile Shack John …you tell me!
