It smells awesome in here today – slow roasted Lilly Den Pork, Maria’s mac n cheese, melt in your mouth braised cabbage from Wanda’s farm.  Ahhh … bring the cold weather on – we can keep everyone warm with this food!

Pork Taco – beautiful fresh corn tortillas grilled and filled with pork shoulder and topped with chopped cilantro(from Susan Harris’s garden) and red onion $3 each 2 for $5

RICE BOWL – our brown rice topped with your choice or any or all of the following: ($6.75 veg only $8 with meat)  all our rice toppings are gluten free

• Green Chile Beef Stew – Smith Angus Farm stew beef, Screech Owl hot green chiles, homemade beef broth, lots of veggies.
• Lentils – Lentils, turmeric, carrots and a good dose of garlic.  Add to any dish!
• Braised Cabbage – Wanda’s cabbage with some Screech Owl tomato and Rocky River carrot
• Slow Roasted Pork Shoulder – Lilly Den farm pork shoulder slow roasted with a touch of dried local hot peppers and onion and a good dose of Screech Owl tomatoes!
