Made from Smith Angus Farm beef marrow bones, spring water, kombu and a splash of organic apple cider vinegar

11 Greens Bake

Inspired by spanakopita filling – we use local seasonal field greens, local eggs and feta cheese  GF, Veg

Our take on chicken salad, Cliff’s meat market chicken, light mayo, cutting celery and grated carrots!

Our falafel are made from scratch in house – tasty and GF to boot!  Delivered cold can be easily reheated in oven or toaster oven or pan.  the microwave works in a pinch

4 Screech Owl Burritos – refrigerated (available at Western Wake Farmers Market) it’s a good idea to pre order – these run out fast!

Enjoy this addictive burrito thanks to Screech Owl’s delicious roasted anaheims and poblanos!  The vegan version features pinto beans, Screech tomatoes, Screech roasted chiles and Chile Shack John’s magic seasonings touch.  The meat version features Smith Angus Farm ground beef, Screech Owl’s roasted chiles and some more delicious spice!

Our own recipe featuring a layer of local meats (ground beef, bits of brisket and shoulder roasts and hot sausage) topped with locally grown sweet potatoes mashed. Available as 1 lb or 2.5 lb GF
