The vegan version features pinto beans, Screech tomatoes, Screech roasted chiles and Chile Shack John’s magic seasonings touch. Our own recipe featuring a layer of local meats (ground beef, bits of brisket and shoulder roasts and hot sausage) topped with locally grown sweet potatoes mashed. Available as 1 lb or 2.5 lb GF

Redbud Organic Farm and Webster Farm eggplant, panko breadcrumbs and parmesan cheese are the base for this excellent summer side dish. Screech owl tomato sauce and a touch of mozzarella and monterey jack cheese complete the dish.
